In my life I've really only had two instances where I've had to deal with the cops. Other than getting a speeding ticket, which really doesn't count at all. Both times I wasn't the one getting into trouble, but I still had to deal with them.
The first time was in high school. I had gotten asked out by this guy and we were going to a party at one of this friends houses. It got a little out of control and eventually the whole thing got broken up by the cops. My date by this point was totally drunk and I I started bawling because I thought I was going to get arrested for doing nothing. I didn't end up getting in trouble, just a ride home, but my date did. That was the last time I said yes to him, although he did keep asking me out for the rest of the year.
The last time was just last year. My brothers and their friends decided it might be fun to steal a street sign. They weren't very sneaky about it and made too much noise trying to get it and got caught. I grounded them for two weeks and made them work in the shop without pay for the rest of the month. Luckily they haven't tried anything since.
And that's all my stories, I don't think I've personally done anything interesting or illegal enough to get attention from the police.
